Experimental life writing
You tell me what you’d like to approach differently in your life and I design a custom protocol of experiments involving somatics, theory, musical prescriptions, and ritual practices like altar-tending that have the potential to liberate us from outmoded ways of being and allow us to truly “become ourselves.”
These processes often facilitate broad shifts in consciousness, allowing us to imagine and live out new stories as well as make art, relate, and approach challenges like grief and chronic illness in surprising new ways.
Initial consultation (1.5 hours): $100

End-of-life writing
One of the most powerful times a person can engage with the story of their life in new ways is as it draws to a close, when the urgency of making meaning of what has happened and potentially to share it with others is often felt profoundly and the near-sum of this life’s experience is available to draw from.
